Experience: Marlon serves as the Senior Director of Regional Economic Development at the Indy Chamber. In this role, Marlon leads transactional economic development projects, business attraction efforts and the Global Indy Business Center.

Before rejoining the Chamber, Marlon was the Director of Community and Economic Development at the Veridus Group where he successfully managed several economic development and redevelopment initiatives with over 20 communities throughout the State of Indiana. Prior to Veridus, Marlon worked for Develop Indy, the local economic development organization for Marion County/Indianapolis and a business unit of Indy Chamber. While in that role, he fostered growth throughout Marion County by assisting businesses and neighborhoods in securing investments and packaging deals for continued investment and job growth through various local incentives.

Marlon currently resides in Brownsburg with his wife, Shayla, and two children, Marlon Jr. (MJ) and Zipporah.
