Experience Summary: Following work in laboratory equipment-life sciences, aerospace, and military / defense communications sectors, Lloyd joined Cook Group in 2015, supporting the Cook Group family of companies in all facets of development and execution of their global trade compliance program, including import/export compliance, trade sanctions, and technology controls. Lloyd’s trade career over 20 years has been focused in manufacturing entities encompassing global distribution and supply chain operations. Lloyd is a licensed U.S. Customs Broker, a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS), and an ASQ Certified Quality Process Analyst (CQPA). Lloyd holds an MBA from Western Carolina University, an MFA from Carnegie-Mellon University, and a BA from East Tennessee State University. IDEC member since 2020.
