Prior to Cimcor, Mr. Johnson was the manager of business systems for Kvaerner Metals and Manager of Process Automation & Control for Davy McKee Corporation. Mr. Johnson was appointed Chairman of the board of directors for The Methodist Hospitals in 2020. He has been a member of The Methodist Hospitals board since 2009, and has previously served as the Chair of the Finance Committee and as Vice-Chairman of the board. Mr. Johnson is a member and the former Chairman of the board of directors of the Legacy Foundation. He is a member of the board of IV Diagnostics, a biotech company, and is also a member of the board of One Region, a regional economic development organization. Mr. Johnson also serves on the board of Peoples Bank (NASDAQ:FNWD) and currently serves as Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee.
